- Always wanted to be a 'star' so to speak, as she was growing up.
- Was pushed into pageantry and child modeling when she was 9 years of age. It lasted for the majority of her youth until it just became 'natural'.
- Changed her name when she was nineteen from Tiffany McLeary to Paige Nova since it had more 'star power' than her birth name.
- Her modeling career is what got her the most notoriety, she dibbled in acting, in singing, but modeling was where she was best known. She appeared in Playboy Magazine a number of times, as well as other high profile publications.
- Battled with her self image for a long time, feeling that she wasn't 'pretty enough' or 'skinny enough' as most models did. She dealt with her addictions to weight loss supplements and was even hospitalized when she was twenty-three because of anorexia. But she beat that and was able to get over the self image issues and embrace her body as the good lord gave her.
- Met her now husband, Devin Stevenson, when he was in the band The Other Side. She attended a show, practically demanded to meet him, and after some persuasive talk finally was able to meet him. Something about him was alluring to her so she wanted to meet him. It actually ended up being the beginning of the rest of her life.
- Paige endured a lot for Devin, including putting her own career on hold to help him fight addictions he had. She did it selflessly because she loved the man and wanted what was best for him. He was pretty much the center of her world and didn't want anything to happen to him. It ended up being a longer hiatus from modeling than expected when her and her husband opened Danger Designs and she found a sort of 'new love' if you will, for the shop and for custom choppers.
- Paige retired from modeling when she got pregnant for their first born, Starr, on her own terms. She felt that she had "closed one chapter to begin another" of her life. She says the birth of their daughter was the happiest moment of her life up to that point. That happy moment was repeated when their twins, Harley and Davidson, were born a year later.
- Has been married since May of 1994, and is just as head over heels in love with Devin as she was that day. She only has eyes for him and hasn't ever felt the need to look elsewhere. She's happily married and couldn't ask for more.
- Enjoys the quiet, more reserved lifestyle that they have in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Things slowed down significantly after the birth of their children and in some ways, it was a blessing for Paige.
- Her family comes absolutely first. No matter what.
- Occasionally will take a modeling job or an acting bit if the mood strikes her, however she really doesn't need to. With Danger Designs as well as being a mother of three teenagers, that's more than enough to keep her busy, occupied, and happy.
